Both Phil and Josh made every arrangement for every pre-inspection  every photo, and video. They even arranged to discuss this with a third party to enforce their position that my roof "Needed to be Replaced" Once the approval was finalized arrangements to have both their crews to tackle this "Huge" assignement. Phil & Josh worked  with my wife to find a color and textured shingle, providing here with samples, and even addresses of former job sites. Their local Shingle companies were equally kind, and most patient helping us every step of the way.  Phil was just a "text" away, always putting OUR concerns to rest
After gaining approval and setting all the paperwork asside, the crews rolled in.Once they arrived they surrounded my house with rolls of protection.
A passing neighbor stated later she had counted 20 men at any given time on my roof, except lunch time when their tired bodies would be resting.
There were many times Josh and Phil would be "up there" closely supervising, and when they weren't, there was a drone flying high above....
